Program Name: Cinderella Aura Spark Rewards Program (the “Program”)
Operated By: Cinderella Aura (“we,” “us,” or “our”)
1. Overview
The Cinderella Aura Spark Rewards Program is a customer loyalty program designed to reward eligible customers with points for purchases made at our store. These points can be redeemed for exclusive perks such as gacha machine pulls, prize wheel spins, and merchandise discounts. By enrolling or participating in the Program, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
- This program is currently open only to U.S. residents who are 18 or older.
- Enrollment is free. No purchase is necessary to join.
- Customers join the Program by providing a valid mobile phone number at checkout or during sign up.
- Only one account per customer is permitted. Points from multiple accounts cannot be combined.
3. Earning Points
- Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible in-store purchases (before tax). Amount spent will not be rounded up to the nearest dollar to determine the number of points earned per purchase. For example, a purchase of $99.49 (before tax) will earn 99 points. If a purchased item is returned, points will be deducted from the Member’s account and do not count towards the Member’s tier status.
- The number of points earned determines a member’s tier status (The Sparkling Beginnings, The Enchanted Sparkle, and Royal Aura).
- Points are not earned on gift card purchases, taxes, shipping fees, or other excluded items.
- We may periodically offer temporary promotions through which you may be able to receive bonus points for eligible purchases or for other activities. Any such promotion may be subject to additional terms, which will be disclosed at the time the promotion is offered.
- Points are credited to the account associated with the phone number provided at the time of purchase.
- No retroactive points will be awarded for purchases made before enrollment or without a phone number provided at checkout.

In addition, Members may lose their tier status if their membership is revoked or otherwise canceled. After two years of inactivity in the program, the account may be frozen or disabled.
- All points and related benefits of program participation will be irrevocably forfeited upon termination of your membership.
4. Redemption Tiers & Rewards
Members will be eligible for certain benefits depending on the number of points earned and tier status attained each calendar year. Each tier status associated with the program will include specific benefits. The company reserves the right to change or eliminate the benefits of the Program and any tiers in its sole and exclusive discretion, with or without notice to you. Current available benefits are available on the Sparks Rewards homepage.
5. Program Communications and Privacy Policy
We collect information about you in connection with your membership and participation in the program. By signing up for the program, you agree to receive text messages and other communications, which may include messages about your membership and other offers in connection with the programs, as well as about marketing and promotional messages from us. If you unsubscribe from Sparks Rewards text messages, you may not receive communications about the program including offers or benefits. Please note, if you ask us to delete your personal information, we will not be able to provide you with access to these programs and the corresponding benefits.
6. Reward Redemption Rules
- Points can only be redeemed in-store and must be redeemed in full increments (no partial redemptions).
- Redeemed points are deducted immediately from the account once a reward is claimed.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for points or cash.
- Gacha Machine prizes and Prize Wheel items are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Rewards earned through the program are non-transferable.
7. Points Expiration
- All points will expire every 12 months after signing up.
- It is the customer's responsibility to redeem points before the expiration date.
- Customers will be notified 14 days before their Points expire.
8. Account Management
- Customers may check their point balance by visiting the store and requesting it at the register.
- Cinderella Aura is not responsible for any inaccurate or missing points due to user error, employee errors, or system issues.
